The Brief
The brief was straightforward: create welcome packs for their new starters. Originally, the emphasis was on finding a selection of eco-friendly products to be supplied in a branded bag. However, the approach evolved following the company’s revised branding. The brief was adapted to include a mix of eco-friendly and creatively designed products that allowed their new “gradient” branding to be incorporated, reflecting their brand values.

The gradient design was showcased on water bottles, notebooks, welcome cards and branded tote bags. The idea was to reflect and align the company’s commitment to sustainability and creativity with their welcome packs.
